Managing Stress for Me and My Family
In our recent survey, over 70% of parents reported that managing stress was the main thing they wanted support for - and this was before Covid-19! In this course we'll look at what some of the major stressors are, share hints and tips for dealing with stress and explore some of the resources out there which might provide some support. We’ll build a personal plan which we’ll work on each week. This will help you put some simple, achievable actions into place so you can begin to manage your stress better, feel more in control and enjoy family life more. Prosp User 3

The online course will take place on Zoom and you will be emailed the access link once you have enrolled. Please join Zoom five minutes before your session is due to start where you will be held in the ‘waiting room’. Your tutor will then admit you to the classroom once the session is ready to begin.
If you are new to Zoom and online learning, please get in touch (email ictskills@york.gov.uk) and we will support you to get started. If you don't have or someone you know doesn't have the right equipment, please contact us as we are working with other organisations to try to get kit out into our communities.
