Total Body Tone - FREE Taster
Total Body Tone is a low impact total body work out, designed to help you tone and sculpt your whole body ready for your Christmas party dress (or suit!). The class is set to fun, uplifting music to help motivate you, and there are a range of options to suit your personal needs and your level of fitness.

We will use improvised weights (unless you have real ones) to tone and shape our upper bodies- so just grab a couple of cans or something heavy from the kitchen. There are a range of exercises such as squats and lunges to help us sculpt our lower bodies and of course we will work on our tummy and waistline. The class is designed to be fun, non threatening and accessible for all levels of ability.

Mostly just yourself! We will include some upper body work so have a couple of weights or something heavy from the kitchen ready. This might be two cans of baked beans for example. We will also be working on our tummies so a mat or a towel that can be placed on the floor might be useful. You will need to wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing such as sports wear or a jogging suit and sensible footwear such as trainers or plimsoles. Prosp User 5
