Bite-Size - Memory Sticks & how to use them
This is a flexible learning course, you will be working from a workbook with the support of an experienced tutor. You will learn how to save and access files on a USB memory stick. This will free up your files from your computer allowing you to take them anywhere and also to create backups of valuable data. There is no certificate for this course, but your work will be assessed by your tutor to provide feedback and track progress. The Course Last for 2hrs Prosp User 3
For a beginner who has some knowledge of computing, can operate a mouse and keyboard, open a programme and save work. There will be a short phone assessment to ensure your skills are sufficient to allow you to benefit from this course. You may register for up to three different bitesize courses. Prosp User 4
You will need a folder, notebook, pen and pencil... and of course a USB memory stick which you can buy from many stores or libraries. Prosp User 5
This is an online course that will be delivered via Zoom, so please ensure that you can access this on the device you are using. You will receive details and joining instructions of how to access the course shortly before the start date by email.

You will need to join Zoom five minutes before your session is due to start and remain in the “waiting room”. Your tutor will then admit you to the class once your session is ready to begin.
