ECDL (ITQ) - Level 2
Gain a qualification in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Improving Productivity.
You will find the skills and confidence to use the more advanced features of Microsoft Word such as tables, mail merge and graphics. Create spreadsheets using various formulas and functions and create graphs and charts to display your information using Excel. Produce presentations and slide shows using PowerPoint and then demonstrate your ability to apply the relevant skills and knowledge gained to produce a work based scenario final assessment.
There will be assessments before undertaking a 45 minute test at the end of each of the first 3 modules and a 1 hour test for the final module. On completion of the course you will receive a certificate for the BCS ECDL ITQ Level 2 Award.

This course is not for the absolute beginner – Someone who wants to gain a qualification that is recognised in the job market which will enable you to use the main Microsoft packages up to a business standard. Prosp User 4
The fee for the all tests are included in the cost, there is a £10 refundable deposit required for each book. You will need to provide a memory stick. Attendance twice a week and additional study of at least 2 hrs a week is required. Prosp User 5
This is an online course that will be delivered via Zoom, so please ensure that you can access this on the device you are using. You will receive details and joining instructions of how to access the course shortly before the start date by email.

You will need to join Zoom five minutes before your session is due to start and remain in the “waiting room”. Your tutor will then admit you to the class once your session is ready to begin.
