Join us for our latest Italian Cook-in with Hilary! We will cook delicious Pork Marsala and even make our own filled pasta (vegetarian filling options) and a sauce to serve with it. Prosp User 3

You will need to be able to access this online course via Zoom.

We are time limited so please have everything ready and weighed out before we start so we can have time for questions at the end.

Large frying pan
Spatula/fish slice
Chopping board and knife
1 large bowl
Pasta machine (optional)
INGREDIENTS PORK MARSALA
• 4 Pork Loin Steaks trimmed of fat or 1 pork fillet sliced
• 30g butter + 1tbs oil
• 25g flour seasoned
• 100g chopped bacon
• 100g mushrooms

You will need to join Zoom five minutes before your session is due to start and remain in the “waiting room”. Your tutor will then admit you to the class once your session is ready to begin.
