Pilates - Improvers
Pilates for Improvers is suitable for individuals who have practiced the basic Pilates exercises and possess knowledge of the six principles of Pilates: concentration, control, centre, flow, precision and breathing.

This class will build on your existing knowledge with greater emphasis on breath control to execute moves more effectively. You will continue to focus on core strength and train the body as an integrated whole. You will improve strength and endurance as well as mobility and flexibility of the joints together with balance and co-ordination. You will be introduced to, and practice, exercises including 4-point kneeling, side, lying, prone, supine and seated positions. Practising and mastering the Pilates technique can transform your body shape, posture and general well-being. It can significantly reduce or eliminate back, shoulder and neck pain.
