French Year 3
You will learn key vocabulary and idiomatic expressions encountered in authentic dialogues which not only contain valuable grammar but also present aspects of French everyday life, society and culture. A wide range of specific activities will help you focus on the language taught and retain it, whilst you develop your linguistic skills and confidence in speaking French.
The topics covered will include describing a holiday in a francophone country and learn some aspects of its heritage, gastronomy and customs. You will also learn about describing properties, renting or buying accommodation.
The emphasis is on spoken French therefore there will be plenty of opportunities for you to speak the language during lively interactive lessons.

Extracts of videos of French news, conversations etc... will be shown during the lessons and other documents will be used via Zoom during the online lessons.
As this course will be taught online via Zoom so it is important that you also read the section 'Is there anything else I need to know?'
