Join us for our Summer Festival classes to keep you learning. We didn’t want to leave you bored over the summer and yearning for your learning, so we’ve decided to hold a Summer Festival where you can continue your favourite class with your favourite tutor or even try something new!
Our world is now a very different place and we are all face changing and potentially challenging situations now and are likely to in the future. In this workshop we will explore some of the techniques from the Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction programme which have proved effective in dealing with stressful situations such as these we are currently dealing with. There will be short meditations, brief exercises and practical tips to help you deal with the types of stress that you might be experiencing, or may face in the future.
