Knife Skills - How to Bone a Chicken
At this hands-on workshop you will learn how to bone a chicken so you can fill it with a homemade stuffing of your choice to make a gallantine. This technique enables you to serve and carve quickly creating a centrepiece on the table. You can make a stuffing from a variety of ingredients of your choice. We will also make a ballotine using the chicken legs or you can use these to make a pate or terrine.

You will gain the skills and confidence to bone a chicken and then make a chicken galantine which is perfect should you be entertaining a crowd ! We will also provide you with a recipe to use the legs and wings to create a pate/terrine which you can serve as a starter.
