Time for You: Becoming Positive and Resilient
Understand and develop your own unique strengths to become and maintain positive resilience.
The focus of this session is on understanding what we need individually to develop our positivity and resilience. This will include activities to help you understand more about your own unique personality and also to explore what you need to help you gain the most out of your lives.
The evening will be Tutor-led with small group discussion and activities in a supportive environment. The content of the evening is drawn from what we know works in practice, and is built on clinical experience and research.

You will learn what you need to further develop your resilience to life stresses, ending the evening with your own plan of action.
