Time for You: The Happiness Advantage
Understanding how making small changes in your everyday life that can help transform your outlook and wellness.
Often we think that working hard and being successful in life will make us happy, but discoveries over the last twenty years in the field of Positive Psychology show that it is actually the other way round: happiness fuels health and success.
In this session we will be looking at the many different ways in which we can make small changes to ourselves and our lives that can build into very positive effects for our well-being: from the way we think about things to what we do every day. The key is that the changes should be small, easy to do and feel good.
All the ideas we will explore have been researched and found to be effective – and very often fun!
