Free-From (Gluten) Cookery
At the hands-on workshop where you will learn how to make savoury nibbles including sundried tomato bread salmon mousse and blinis, desserts including chocolate fondants and profiteroles and baking with lemon drizzle and scones, using alternative ingredients and substitutions. The tutor will be there to assist throughout the class. You will prepare two or three dishes per night depending upon your choice or ability.

You will gain the skills and confidence to make a variety of gluten free dishes using alternative ingredients as well as gluten free flours which you can adapt to suit your personal tastes or home event. You will learn of other ideas to transform everyday dishes into ones which can be eaten by all the family together. You will have a set of recipes that you can take away so you can practise your skills at home!

Please bring an apron, baking paper, palette knife, dishcloth, dishcloth 2 tea towels and containers to take your food home in. You will need to bring your own ingredients each week and a list will be emailed to you before the workshop starts so please ensure we have an up to date contact email address for you on our system.
The estimated cost of ingredients for this workshop will be approx £15 - £18 depending on your choice of recipes
