Time for You: Increasing Happiness
Explore what really makes people happy and how to increase your personal happiness.
Since the 1950s there has been an incredible increase in wealth. Houses are far more comfortable, cars are no longer owned solely by the wealthy. Things like central heating, washing machines and fridges are everyday items. In many ways life has become far easier, but every survey has shown that happiness levels have either decreased or stayed the same.
In this interesting and highly practical workshop we look at why this is, and explore what we can all do to increase our own happiness levels
By the end of the workshop you will have a better idea of what makes you happy and what does not. You will also be aware of some things you can do personally to increase your happiness.
