Textile Techniques - Creative Cushions & Bags
This session is an opportunity to make a beautiful piece of textiles, which can either be turned into a fabric bag or a cushion. A variety of experimental textile techniques will be introduced in order to create a tactile surface by joining fabrics,pleating, chenilling and layering.
There will be lots of samples and reference for inspiration.
This course is great for those who like to use fabrics to create decorative pieces for home or Fashion. Some sewing experience, would be helpful. However, those with little experience are welcome.

All materials provided for £3.00, although you are welcome to bring any of your favourite sewing threads, ribbon or buttons of your own if you have some. Sewing machines and hand sewing needles will be available to use on the day.
