Time for You: Feeling Good - Moving Fowards
On this workshop you will learn new skills to help you to set fresh realistic goals and remain positive, moving towards achievement and success. Life is hectic and busy and it’s sometimes difficult to find the time for ourselves in the midst of our busy lives.
This new workshop based session will allow you that ‘time for you’ where you will learn new skills and gain knowledge and top tips to help you set realistic and achievable goals. Becoming more self-aware you will learn how to make positive progress to improve your overall wellbeing, and keep you moving forwards, on track and keeping up the good work, moving you towards achievement and success. At the end of the session you will have set yourselves new goals and developed an understanding of yourself and how you can move forwards to achieve those goals. You will be more self-aware and will have developed your own ‘recipe for success’ to enable you to continue with those positive steps going forwards.
