Time for You - Building Confidence - Feeling Good
Learning new skills to help you develop and build your confidence and to make steps towards helping you to feel good about yourself every day. Sometimes it’s difficult to find the time for ourselves in the midst of our busy lives.
This new workshop based session will allow you that ‘time for you’ where you will learn new skills and gain knowledge and top tips to build and develop your confidence. Becoming self-aware you will learn how to make steps to improve your overall wellbeing, which in turn will help you make those positive steps to feeling good about yourself. You will learn new skills, action steps to take you forward, and even create your own Personal Action Plan to help keep you on track and keeping up the good work. At the end of the session you will have begun to develop an understanding of yourself and the things you can do to continue with your journey around self-awareness and building confidence. You will also have created your own Personal Action Plan to take home and work with to continue your positive steps. Ideally you will then join us for the next step; Feeling Good– Moving Forwards on 11 March to continue your journey.
