Vegetarian Cuisine
"A 3 week course where you will learn the skills and techniques to make tasty, healthy vegetarian meals for those who welcome new ideas for mealtimes.

At the hands-on workshops the tutor will show you how to adapt recipes and dishes to make vegetarian main meals and starters. Over the three week course you will choose two dishes to complete each week. You can also make an accompaniment if you have the time. The first week will cover soufflés and gougères, the second week, vegetable terrines and roulades and the third week will concentrate on pesto, stroganoff and risotto with unconventional salads and accompaniments which you can try each week. The tutor will offer expert advice and give you handy tips and ideas to help you perfect your skills.

By the end of the course you will have gained the skills and confidence to make a variety of vegetarian dishes. You will leave with ideas to alter recipes to suit you, and learn how to present pleasing dishes for vegetarian friends or family. You will have a set of recipes that you can take away and practise your skills at home!"
