Please wear shoes with a leather sole (no trainers) with no pointed heels and bring a water bottle. We are changing the structure of the course slightly this term and the first half hour of the session will be a free dance/practice session for both the Beginners and Improvers classes together where the tutor will still be on hand to encourage and assist you as you practice and develop your dancing steps. The last hour will be tutor taught and led as normal. Please can you arrive for your first class 10 minutes early to allow time to complete the health questionnaire to identify to the tutor any contra indications to exercise. Before starting any exercise programme it's advisable to seek advice from your GP or a health professional if you have any health concerns, such as a health condition or an injury
