The aims of the course are to promote health and well-being via mindful, flowing exercises. These will cover Tai Chi form and Chi Kung (Energy Cultivation). Each session will gradually enhance your level of fitness, reducing stress and promoting health, well-being and relaxation. We will cover related aspects such as Chi energy and Yin/Yang, and also take a practical look at Mindfulness. By the end of the course you will have a good understanding of the basics of Tai Chi and Mindfulness.
