We cannot look after other people if we don’t look after ourselves so why not join holistic therapist Jude Robinson, immerse yourself in deep relaxation and discover tools and techniques to support you to maintain your equilibrium over the holiday period and beyond. This light hearted day offers a taste of meditation, energy-balancing techniques, mindfulness, laughter and more.
