B3120T1-Festive Fayre - Freezer Full of Christmas
Spend two productive evenings getting your festive food ready to pop in the freezer or store cupboard for Christmas.
No more last minute dashes to the supermarket. Your festive food will be already prepared in the freezer! Each evening will begin with tutor demonstrations, and then the rest of the evening will be spent cooking your choice of dishes.
It is expected you will get to complete 2 or 3 dishes each week. From a selection of : Week 1 - Christmas pudding , homemade mincemeat, stuffing log, Christmas Eve casserole, lemon soufflé in a chocolate shell.
Week 2 - Sweet mincemeat & apple strudel, hand raised pork pie, Boxing day salmon en croute, Christmas curry, cranberry and port relish.

This course is perfect for anyone with a love of food and a fear of cooking at Christmas; or anyone who just loves to be super-organised! Prosp User 4
Please bring an apron, tea-towel, a dish cloth, cling film, foil, suitable container for taking your dishes home in. Basic utensils are provided, but it is recommended that you bring your own general purpose kitchen knife.
Recipe information will be emailed out prior to the course, so please make sure we have an up to date email address for you. Ingredients will cost around £25-£40, depending on your chosen recipes, for the two weeks.
