Hands-on Masterclass where you will learn the skills and techniques to make simple savoury nibbles/canapés.
A hands-on workshop where you will learn how to make a selection of nibbles and canapés to entertain at Christmas. You will be shown a selection of parcels using filo and puff pastry with a variety of fillings you can use. You can then choose one from a selection of blinis, tortilla tartlets, nori sushi rolls and one from salmon mousse in choux or mini double baked soufflés. You will learn how to finish and decorate your creations, as well as explore other items you can miniaturise for your Christmas nibbles party . The tutor will offer expert advice and give you handy tips and ideas to help you perfect your skills.
You will gain the skills and confidence to make a variety of savouries which you can adapt to suit your personal tastes or home event. You will have a set of recipes that you can take away so you can practise your skills at home!

Please bring an apron, baking paper, palette knife, dishcloth, 2 tea towels and containers to take your food home in. You will need to bring your own ingredients each week and a list will be emailed to you before the workshop starts so please ensure we have an up to date contact email address for you on our system.
The estimated cost of ingredients for this workshop will be approx £15 - £18 depending on your choice of recipes and quantities
